CIVILIAN Hotels is a new brand from hotelier Jason Pomeranc. Once Upon a Time was brought in at the genesis, to craft a contemporary, stylish, meaningful, and thoughtful brand that's both reflective of what guests want today and one that will stand the test of time. We began with the brand strategy, story, and narrative.
Once the brand was defined in writing, we established a clean and clear visual identity that reinforces and carries forward the brand ethos, including brand standards and style guide, vocabulary, and visual tone. Pulling it all together, we executed a full collateral suite for the New York property including a fashion and merchandise line, all guest touchpoints, social media management and visuals, digital presence, and ongoing marketing.
