Named one of the “Best Restaurants in LA” Rosaliné is Chef Ricardo Zarate’s “comeback” standout. Once Upon a Time Hospitality was brought in very early to help craft the whimsical and bold homage to the chef’s eponymous grandmother. We knew we needed to be big and bold, and Chef Zarate and the team at Culinary Lab gave us plenty of creative runway to go big. The neon sign outside provided the elusive but cravable “Instagram Moment”.
