When Chef Jean-Georges told us he wanted us to brand his new restaurant in upstate New York, we jumped at the opportunity. Touring the property while it was a construction site and hearing chef’s back-story for why he wanted to open this restaurant gave us endless inspiration. The rich textures of the area, coupled with the history of the building, and Jean-Georges’ vision for a true farm-to-table experience allowed Once Upon a Time Hospitality to carefully craft a brand that spoke to the venue.
We crafted the logo, designed all the restaurant collateral, and designed seasonal menus that reflect the changing of the seasons through the life of the maple leaves that surround the area. We also developed the restaurant’s web presence and handle all digital marketing for the property since its inception.
