Having crafted the brand, all collateral and digital media and marketing for Merrion Row Hotel & Public House, Once Upon a Time Hospitality is in the unique position of being able to weave social media into the fabric of the brand's DNA and also reinforce and strengthen the brand through social content and engagement. Prior to our engagement with social, the property's presence was trite and expected. Once we took over we were able to implement a cohesive strategy and ensure that all our unique and compelling content, influencer targeting and events, and community management checked against the core brand values. We continue to use all the tools at our disposal to tell the evolving tale of this special little hotel and restaurant in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
