The Luxe, a new luxury residential development in Scottsdale, approached Once Upon a Time Hospitality to craft a brand that would live up to the high-end standards set by the developers, architects, and designers working on the project. We came in with a multi-faceted approach to define not only the overall look and feel of the brand, but we crafted the messaging platform and created a tone of voice that set the stage for all marketing materials at the get-go.
The new brand was met with a tremendously positive response, and residential sales have been brisk.
