Once Upon a Time was brought in to create a carefully crafted brand for this brutalist SoHo landmark. Playing off SoHo's heritage as a creative hub, we created the brand ModernHaus, a forward-thinking luxury urban resort. We named the brand, designed the visual identity, crafted all collateral pull-through to define the guest experience at every touchpoint, defined and designed wayfinding and signage, and consulted on the hotel's extensive art program. We continue to act as creative director on all brand marketing initiatives, from photo and video shoots to creative for all offline and digital marketing.
