Veranda, inside ModernHaus SoHo, is a New York hot spot helmed by acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef George Mendes. Once Upon a Time Hospitality was tasked with developing the brand, naming the venue, designing a full collateral suite, developing the restaurant's web presence, and ongoing marketing. We drew our inspiration from the garden-like setting, perched above the streets of Manhattan and protected by a retractable pergola.
