Once Upon a Time developed and produced a variety of formats for Motörhead’s Ace of Spades 40th Anniversary reissue including deluxe and super deluxe boxset formats. Drawing inspiration from the album’s Wild West theme, we worked with a global network of suppliers to produce a stunning laser-etched wooden super deluxe box that not only offered an array of vinyl and CD titles but also branded shot glasses, poker dice, poker chips, playing cards, tour programme and more.
For the deluxe format we also produced and delivered an ambitious marketing asset: a motion graphics unboxing video set in a fully-themed Wild West saloon bar, demonstrating its contents in true Motörhead fashion – louder and faster than everything else.
